As like any other Monday Night, I attended the Open Mic at Los Arboles. However me being a moron i can’t remember who played. Darn those late nights!
Before the tunes started playing we had the joy of listening to KONA radio which played some tunes and some 100 word stories :).
A crowd is being formed, but i’ve noticed that Los Arboles has some big snowflakes (ok so they are generating the snow particles)
If anyone listens to SL Under the Radar you will of heard that there was a competition to have your own road at Podcast Island. I grabbed one and called it Podmafia Lane. The sign links to http://podmafia.com as well so it’s sort of free advertising.
OK not much of an entry but when i took this there was nothing new on the Woodstock island so i thought in the morning that there would be nothing missing in the morning…how wrong was I?
Banana built a bridge to the Woodstock Island.
Last but not least is the Pitt Island Woodstock stage in the series of SL Woodstock events. This ends the circle of screenshots for the stages of Woodstock. Pitt was the last to be put up and so here is the stage in its glory. Again adapted from the other stages and fits in very nicely with the surroundings.
I didn’t stay too long at this event on Saturday but i still caught some photos of the event. I only left because i was getting so tired, what with alot of the events in Second Life being at 2am in the morning, you sort of lose track of time and start feeling tired.
It was held in the skybox skating rink known as Club 301…because it is at 301 meters and was built by Razzap Snookums.
Jack Pitt’s was doing the DJing at the event, you can find his blog over at http://itsmysecondlife.com/ . I will have to put that into the Blogroll. He is also the owner of the sim called Pitt Island.
The Sandbox Island Extension got griefed at 7 am (London Time) The sim kept restarting and you could not enter the sim.
If you are looking for a home to settle down and relax in Second Life…then maybe you wanna take a home over at Pitt Island with one of their apartments on the lovely island then go head over.
I checked out the Podcaster Meetup at Podcast Island today, however i wasn’t able to talk in the event because people in my real life complained that I was talking a little too loud :(… It was a good event though and enjoyed listening to it
