On Saturday I had a divorce party over at Edloe. Now I thought i figured out what was going to happen that night. I was however a little wrong in that thought. Hope and Keeme presented this video…

After the video played, Keeme brought out “SLPN Jr.”. I am still not sure what to make of it but, it was funny and all that stuff. Go watch the video and the latest episode of RezzedNecks if you haven’t already.

Frozen Ice Skates

It looks like the recent freezing of Edloe with all the snowstorms and icestorms affected a recent outing of mine in SL. I was just standing around minding my own business standing with these cheap ice skates when I got stuck in the ice

Paisley Beebe at Edloe

Last night Paisley Beebe performed at Edloe in that cog filled hell. Sadly I couldn’t really enjoy this event because I could not connect to the stream. The only bit i got to hear was about a half second of sound and then it died again. It’s a shame because I was looking foward to this event and being unable to listen in kinda ruined the night, Thank god for Open Mic

Winterfied Edloe

As we are now into winter, with everything cold, it only seems fitting that it happens in Second Life. Edloe covered in snow seems to fit well.Also i hear Crap now how the SuperCell weather generator (which can be found at WaterMoon Breeze and is the best weather machine in Second Life. So I am expecting a lot of snow particles and bad weather. Somehow that seems to fit in right for this virtual world.

I also decided to check out Duckyfresh’s plot on Edloe while I was there. Duckyfresh Wantanabe is the host of the SLCN show called That S’Life.

Woodstock Day #1 - Aftermath

So the first day of Second Life Woodstock has come and gone. From what I could tell looking at the map we had about 100 avatars at one time all together on the three sims, Edloe also had 50 avatars on the sim. So personally i think that it was successful, there was seemingly no griefer incidents, the Sims stayed alive and everyone did their best to prevent anything going wrong.

But, personally I was shattered after all the music was finished with. I went to sleep at 6 am, and only got out of bed at about 3 PM. But still I am willing to do this again tonight because in my humble opinion, This is one of the greatest events I have been to yet in my Second Life which i have been experiencing since May 2006. So it is saying alot for the event, also I have only really missed about 30 days of Second Life. There are 2 days of Woodstock left…It has only just begun, This is going to be great

Woodstock Day #1 - Grateful Stryker - Edloe Act #2

This was the first time I ever listened to Grateful…I was blown away. Grateful did a fantastic performance and it really did keep me awake and feeling alive. I can’t really say much more than that, so here are 5 pictures to end the first day of Woodstock coverage.

Woodstock Day #1 - PA SL Band - Edloe Act #1

Delayed after about 20-25 minutes due to some technical difficulties. PA SL band was the first performer on the Edloe stage in Twilight Gardens. They were playing live from Portugal and so since the UK and Portugal share the same timezone, i had an appreciation for them playing so late. After all it was 3:30 am.

So after a great performance by the band…it was time for our next great performer…

New Bridge Design…

Yesterday i decided to revamp one of the bridges ready for SL Woodstock and in order to do that I had to get rid of the current bridge design..

Note - This event was not intended to cause offense to the Minneapolis bridge incident.

Nowhereville/Arboles Woodstock Stage

This is the joint sim stage for Los Arboles and Nowhereville. It is pretty much the same as the one in Edloe but modified a little bit.

It really won’t be long now before the event begins and one of the largest (if not THE largest) music event in Second Life takes place. It’s been great to see it grow into what it has turned into and i hope you all are at the event.

Saturday Night Fever

I didn’t stay too long at this event on Saturday but i still caught some photos of the event. I only left because i was getting so tired, what with alot of the events in Second Life being at 2am in the morning, you sort of lose track of time and start feeling tired.

It was held in the skybox skating rink known as Club 301…because it is at 301 meters and was built by Razzap Snookums.

Jack Pitt’s was doing the DJing at the event, you can find his blog over at http://itsmysecondlife.com/ . I will have to put that into the Blogroll. He is also the owner of the sim called Pitt Island.
