My Days..are numbered
Recently on The Podmafia Podcast me and Gomem spoke about the fear of one day going in to Second Life and getting a message saying our machine is not good enough. Today I got the new Windlight on my laptop and, well this message appeared

Its funny, my system requirements are largely higher than the minimum system requirements. I am sort of afraid for my Second Life now, but I think I’ll have to stick with the non - windlight viewer now because one day, and that day may never come… I may be unable to log on to Second Life on this laptop. Sure I expect cruddy performance, it is after all a laptop. But I don’t expect to be locked out of SL, I got this laptop so I could be in Second Life at nights and party away with friends in SL.
Inaugural Podmafia Podcast Listening Party
Yesterday was the first ever Podmafia Podcast listening party over at Los Arboles. In case you don’t listen to the podcast (and why wouldn’t you be?) We are now being aired every Tuesday at 3PM SLT on the fantastic KONA radio which is an In-World radio station.

SLCN Televisions
If you haven’t already picked up one of the SLCN TV’s, I think you should grab one. I have one in my home at Nowhereville. It is brilliant, I can be watching one channel like ShoppingSL with Yxes and then I may be in the mood and press the Sports button and within about 10 seconds I can be watch SLascar racing. If you look around the continent there are various TV’s hanging around. One of them is at Los Arboles, which i was watching while I was waiting for the Podmafia Podcast listening party.
Also SL video seems to be a lot more reliable now in Second Life. Last Year if you played a video the whole client would grind to a halt and practically die. Now it seems to be more reliable and doesn’t really impact the performance.
Snowhereville

It’s funny that I am now reflecting on this moment last year. Last year I was finally renting a home in the form of “Island Paradise” where I had a horrible landlady who kept on walking by every five minutes spying on what I was doing while confined to a crappy prefab. Now I am not limited and can do what I wanted to do a long time ago. But only have just started now. I’m just settling down having a home now in Second Life and using other locations to hijack use for events.
Los Arboles Open Mic Night 26-Nov-2007
As like any other Monday Night, I attended the Open Mic at Los Arboles. However me being a moron i can’t remember who played. Darn those late nights!
Before the tunes started playing we had the joy of listening to KONA radio which played some tunes and some 100 word stories :).
A crowd is being formed, but i’ve noticed that Los Arboles has some big snowflakes (ok so they are generating the snow particles)
Podmafia Lane is born
If anyone listens to SL Under the Radar you will of heard that there was a competition to have your own road at Podcast Island. I grabbed one and called it Podmafia Lane. The sign links to http://podmafia.com as well so it’s sort of free advertising.
Tonight Live on the 25th of November
Like any other Sunday, I finished the day up by watching Tonight Live with Paisley Beeb. There were some technical difficulties in the show with streams going down among other crazy happenings.

Winterfied Edloe
As we are now into winter, with everything cold, it only seems fitting that it happens in Second Life. Edloe covered in snow seems to fit well.Also i hear Crap now how the SuperCell weather generator (which can be found at WaterMoon Breeze and is the best weather machine in Second Life. So I am expecting a lot of snow particles and bad weather. Somehow that seems to fit in right for this virtual world.
I also decided to check out Duckyfresh’s plot on Edloe while I was there. Duckyfresh Wantanabe is the host of the SLCN show called That S’Life.

I have installed some offline software (as blogged on at http://psichonico.com ).
Hopefully now this moron can blog more, Photoblogging was something i enjoyed doing.
